"The Watcher in the Night"
Noble Beasts is a celebration of the wild — and a reminder of the untamed beauty that still lives among us.
Each piece is crafted from hundreds of individually selected pieces of hardwood, carefully shaped and placed by hand over months of work. In a time when machines and lasers dominate much of the art world, I’m proud to keep the true tradition of hand-crafted intarsia alive — one piece at a time. While I can recreate a design by request, no two pieces will ever be identical, making each one a true original. Noble Beasts was created for those who feel most alive in wild places — and who want a lasting, heirloom reminder of that connection in their home.
Composed of:
250+ meticulously hand-cut pieces of beautiful hardwood, including Chechen, wenge, maple, leopard wood, cherry, and Peruvian walnut. The chevron pattern background is made from beetle kill pine, the eye from epoxy resin, and the trees from textured steel.

• Size: 24in diameter (Large Statement Piece)
• Ships for Free: This piece will ship via UPS within 3–4 business days after purchase, with full insurance included.

The Story Behind "The Watcher in the Night"
Long after the sun disappears and the world quiets down, the Great Horned Owl comes alive.
Perched in the darkness, it watches — silent, steady, unseen.
The owl is a master of patience. It doesn't rush. It doesn't make noise for no reason. It studies, listens, waits for the right moment — and when it acts, it does so with absolute precision.
It reminds us that strength isn’t always about speed or volume. Sometimes, it’s about observation. About knowing when to move — and when to be still.
The Watcher in the Night is a tribute to that quiet wisdom: the ability to see what others miss, to trust your instincts, and to move with purpose even when no one is watching.
In a world that moves too fast and talks too loud, the owl shows us the power of stillness, focus, and quiet knowing.
